You'll have to check the user's manual for how to mount them, but I would guess you would remove the front filter below the external drive bays and mount them from the front. You should also be able to remove the middle internal drive bay if you're not using it - this will help airflow from the front fans.
I can't tell you whether it's fine or not without something to go off of. Maybe you can download and run HWMonitor or another temperature monitoring program. Post a screenshot of your system at idle and under load and I'll be able to tell you whether it's good or not, and whether you need to add fans.

Most computers will do better with intake fans as well as exhaust, so even without knowing your temps I can say that adding an intake fan or two will keep your system cooler and happier.

btw what do u mean in front... the top of case? will it fit exact? where would i install fans if theres only 1 spot in case..
