Solution Phillip Corcoran Sep 7, 2014 Is it at add-on graphics card which fits in to a slot? If yes, you may have disturbed it so try re-seating it. Also, if the graphics card requires auxiliary power from the PSU, make sure you haven't accidentally pulled the cable off the card.
