Solution
Unfortunately laptop upgrades can be pretty limited. Most have the graphics chip soldered to the motherboard, so an upgrade requires replacing the whole motherboard and possibly the cooling system and CPU also. I haven't done an exhaustive search, but nothing I've looked at so far indicates that the MS2384 is any different. If that's something you want to pursue, you might be able to find a replacement board on eBay.

It's possible that you could hook up an external graphics card, but getting the drivers straight can be a major hassle and the performance increase usually isn't worth the trouble.

If you want help working out a motherboard/GPU solution, let me know and I'll try to help you track down compatible components. For that...

For that I would need the exact model number which is usually on a data sticker or plate on the bottom of case, or inside the battery compartment. (MS2384 is a series number.)

Solution
Most off-the-shelf laptops are not very good for gaming, and a gaming laptop can be very expensive. You can build a desktop system that will game well, as well as work well for everything else, for much less. Building a system can seem complicated and scary, but is actually a very straight-forward proposition. The folks on this site are pros at helping people select and build their first home-built systems. If this is something you'd like to consider, just let us know what kind of budget you're looking at and we'll help you select and source the components, and walk you through the build process.
