Hi building my own PC and was wondering should I purchase an SSD?

Was just wonder what are the benefits of this, will boot up be much faster?

Will windows be installed to this device for faster start up?

What is the best way to get fast boot up time?

Thanks

Yes, Windows will load much faster from an SSD (compared to an HDD).
Applications or games installed on an SSD will also load much faster (compared to an HDD).

Windows will be installed to whichever drive/partition you choose during Windows Setup.

Though if you're short on budget, leave it out for now and add one later.

MX100 is a decent budget option, the 128 GB version should be big enough.

SSDs boot fast. Mine is an older one, but it takes me about 6 seconds to boot from a cold start.
