What Power Supply should i get?

I am building a new pc and i am a begginer.
I know all the parts that i want but i dont know what wattage or what power supply should i get.

My Specs are:
CPU: Intel Core I5 4670
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger
GPU: EVGA GTX 670 ACX 2Gb GDDR5
RAM:Kingston DDR3 HyperX FURY Red 2x4GB 1600MHz Cas10
Hard Drive:Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATAIII 64MB (6GB/s)
SSD:Kingston SSDNow V300 2.5 Sata III 120GB
Wireless:Edimax EW-7733UnD 450Mbps Dual-Band USB2.0
Watercooler: Corsair Hydro 105
Case: NZXT H440
Power Supply: ?


What are the power supply watts that i should choose and can you guys recommend one?

Why don't you get an R9 290 which is better than the GTX 670 at a similar price:

A 620W PSU will suffice for both cards.
Seasonic M12II Bronze 620W or XFX Core 650W are my recommendations.

And why a Z97 motherboard with the 4670? First,you can't OC the CPU and you have a motherboard for that. A Z87 motherboard is enough for the 4670.
An i5 4690K and Maximus VII Hero is a better combo.Great for overclocking.
If you don't want to OC,i5 4690 and ASUS H97 PLUS is an excellent combo.
