Hi,
Every time I try to update my drivers on my graphics card, all of the programs on my computer stop working. And an interesting thing I noted was that my computer didn't recognize my Sapphire HD7750 card, but instead it found that I had a R7 200 Series Graphics Card installed. Currently i'm using the drivers that came with the graphics card, but my games are lagging right now. I have an average of 30-40 fps on League of Legends, I used to have about 120-140 FPS on that game. I'm asking for a way to update my drivers without my computer getting messed up.

Well that fixes the Graphics Card problem, now it's properly showing that I have the right card installed. But I'm still getting extremely low FPS in games

Well I have the latest DirectX, and I am running the game on medium-high graphics setting with AA Disabled. Did I download the right drivers? My driver version is 13.251.0.0

I just had 40-50 FPS on the LOWEST settings possible in League of Legends, I used to run that game at 120 FPS

I already downloaded that one, without any results. What would be my safest bet? To install a fresh Windows 7? Because I have no clue what to do right now.

Yes it was ok, but at some point all of my games started lagging. I have no idea why... Is there a chance that my graphics card is busted in some way? I know for sure that the fan is OK on the graphics card. But I am not aware of anything else that might be wrong with my card.

I think I found the problem, my graphics card's usage during my games is 30-40% and it's not going any higher than that. How can I fix that? I have tried setting my games priority to "high" on the task manager. But that didn't work. All suggestions are welcome!
