hello mam/sir
I have a computer specs of:
a4 5300 dual core 3.4 ghz (3.6ghz max turbo)
4gb 1600mhz ram
600w PSU
gigabyte ga f2a55m ds2 rev 1.2

i want to upgrade it to be able to play watch dogs at a ultra lowest settings :)

which of the two is the best solution a i have a tight budget...
upgrade to a10 6790K quadcore 4.0ghz + 2x4gb 1866mhz ram
or
buy a r7 250 1gb gddr5 + 2x4gb 1600mhz ram???

tnx in advanced... :)

Solution
If you have a retail motherboard and can update the BIOS to the very latest version, the GTX 750 Ti will be fine. But the GTX 750/750 Ti's new Maxwell architecture is know to choke on old MB BIOSs. Be sure you have a good quality PSU too.
The 3.4 GHz dual core APU should be OK as far as bottleneck goes. Any possible BN will be minimal and only occasionally.

If you go with the discrete card, the on-board GDDR5 VRAM will be faster. Even with the fast 1866 MHz system RAM to work with, the fact that it is only DDR3 will make the iGPU slower. Not only that, but the iGPU is only the equivalent of the HD 6670/R7-240.
