Hey guys.I already had built a PC back in 2011 with the Intel I5 Sandy Bridge 2500 and no video card. My PC recently died..I bought a low cost laptop that can help me during this few weeks..

Anyway, my budget is 1'000€, in other words, 1'300$. I already have a monitor, Wi-Fi card, OS, Mouse and Keyboard. Only need new speakers but I will buy a home theater with a different budget.

I need a computer that never slows down...doesn't freeze..does everything in a GREAT way. I'm not really a gamer because for that I use consoles.. But with this type of PC I will most probably play a few games in max settings.

Then I need this PC also for work: video editing, Photoshop and stuff like that. I need a lot of storage, I already have 1TB Hard Disk with my old PC, but I need at least 2 more TBs. Or maybe should I buy external storage?

And obviously browsing, you tube, HD films and stuff like that... With this budget I just hope I can have a computer that can go fast and without slowing down.

Example: I'm editing a video, creating something with Photoshop, updating my website, downloading a few Gigas, chatting with my GF on Skype, Youtube video opened, watching a live Tennis match and a Football one.. everything at the same time.. and everything has to be fast. I just can't handle slow things.

If you want speed and multitasking you should focus on having a lot of ram and a good processor.
Take a look at this list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2PhgZL
It would meet all your expectations.

I prefer to buy a Intel i7 this time, Core i7-4770 looks great, but what about Core i7-4770K? It's about the same price.. I never did overclocking but I can do it if it means even more speed!

Also, I don't need the DVD drive, but the Blu-ray + DVD one.

And about the RAM..I was thinking about 32GB but maybe is too much? I could do 16GB and have more money for other parts.

ok buy an i7 4770 with the stock cooler,,,,,, oc in a i7 cant increase the speed so much..... you cant understand it..... i7 4770 is very powerfull without oc !
16 gigs of ram is enough! think about my build with a blu ray ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... ) with an i7 4770 with the stock cooler and 16 gigs of ram!

Turns out the 1.500$ budget is = 1500€... because the components cost the same with no €/$ difference.

I did this, can this be good for everything I need?

Yes, its good. 16Gigs of ram is definitely enough and the processor + the ssd; you will have a speed machine right there :)

Yes, speed is very very important to me,

What about the video card? It is good for video editing and gaming in max settings on a 1920x1080p Monitor?

Oh my, yes! 770 is currently in, i would say, top 10 graphics cards. You will be able to play games on it for at least 5 years!

It shouldn't. GTX 800 series are coming in next year i think. The only thing that could change is the price. It could drop.
