Sorry my question is not so important, i just curious.
why Graphic card only last for several years and then they have problem like stutering, red line, etc. graphic card also very sensitive with cheap PSU,

in opposite CPU can last for decades and just lost its power a bit.

can somebody explain it to me? :D

Mostly because the GPU is used much more than the CPU, and the reason for that is, for example when you just exit out of everything and leave your computer running the CPU dose not need to do much at all maby 1-2 % usage and cpu are desind for that. But lower end gpus are running at 4-5 % at idle because gpu are sill just not as reliable as cpu. but if you get a higher end card from nvidea it will last years. AMD lasts long but not as long as nvidea. I have had my gtx 660 sc for just over 3 years and i stress it with demmanding games constantly and its still works like a dream.

So in short cpu have been around longer so we have had more time to perfect the technollagy.

Certain components on the graphics cards reach very high temperatures under workload, especially the components called VRMs (voltage regulators) which can go above boiling point under heavy load. Also it is usual for GPU (graphics processor) to work in temperature range of 90°C under heavy load which is physically very straining for the chip materials. (CPUs on the other hand typically do not go much above 65°C). As all this heat spreads, it has unfavorable influence on the lifespan of the other components on the graphics card.
