I have mixed feelings about the NH-14s that is the cooler you should use if you are not overclocking. It might Handle some mild overclock. Some of its reviews were good, some not as good. That being said th Noctua NH-d15 is about as good as it gets for air coolers. A bit over $100.00. It will fit your case. But you have homework to do. It has blocked the #1 pcie slot on some Motherboards. So it is Caveat Emptor ( Let the Buyer Beware). The D-15 is for extreme Overclocking. But also take into account the programs you will run. They seem to be gpu intensive. Do you Know how Cpu intensive they are?
But if you can and will afford the D-15, Good. I love overkill. Which it might be. Ok for me. But what about you?

first of, the corsair h105 is a AIO- liquid cooler and not real water cooling.
what's your case? 105 uses a 38mm thick 240mm radiator, so u need at least 63mm clearance.
the noctua on the other side is a huge chunk of metal, might be to tall for your case.
the performance between the two will be similar, so just get the noctua if it fits, if u have a windowed case go for the h105, will look better

Actually, the Noctua NH-D15 will be your best bet for the most quiet environment with the best cooling, even comparing to H110i.
From the looks of the both items, they are compatible, even the pcpartpicker agrees. :)

The NOCTUA NH-U12S would not be recommended for OCing, as it is way too small and the fan will go to it`s max speeds asap. You dont want that.
Heres a random build with your CPU and the D15.

You can add an extra Fan. But it is About $27.00 Extra for 2-3 degrees at the high end of Rpm's.
