Hi,
my setup is:
ASROCK Fatal1ty H97 Killer
Intel Core i5-4590
Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX blu Edition
ASUS R9280X-DC2-3GD5
with ssd as main disc and 3 others SATA HDD

The problem is, that sometimes the PC doesnt boot so fast, like the SSD is possible. And the main prob - sometimes, when example I startup more flashplayer videos, or running some installation or playing some games - when the PC needs some more power - i get the sound of "beeep" and the pc restarts, sometimes doesnt make the sound and restarts directly.

I look at SpeedFan temperature and power usage values. The power values are appropriatly but the temperatures are not so good. There is CPU from 37 to 55, system always about 47, but auxtin 1 is sometimes -128 and sometime 128 (i think is some type of bug) and aUXTIN 3 is always from 96 to 99°C.... There is a symbol of flame there. So is this the problem of the restarting PC?

Maybe, Ive 4 or 5 years old CASE, where is not enough place, i get the componetns there hardly.

Solution
Maybe
1) overheat try other software like hwmonitor to see the temp. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html because the software reading is not correct sometime.
2) PSU, here is other example, I though the thermaltake 750w toughpower will be enough because I don't know what model it is, even the 280x only requires a 550W with 30A on the 12V rail. But the thermaltake 750w toughpower can't power the 280x, the PC did reboot after 2-3min during play games. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2274285/system-reboots-mints-watch-dogs-gameplay.html So check what PSU do you have?
3) RAM, test the RAM with MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
4) SSD but the problem is most likely from 1-3.
