Nope, but those temps are a little too high IMO. Try and get the voltage down, keeping the multiplier at 42. Glad my advice for the RAM worked 
No, there is barely any difference between 4.4 and 4.2. I use 4.3 myself, with a Kraken X61 cooler.

No. Maybe a single frame will be lost in gaming, but an OCed CPU with 1333mhz RAM will perform much better than a stock clocked CPU with 1600Mhz ram.

Allright. I reverted ram settings back to default. Right now im at 4.2ghz with 1.220v. Temps in prime95 were 85-90.
Idles are still over 40s.
Did i lose alot of performance in gaming from 4.4 to 4.2 ?
