How to run 32 bits prog in 64 bits windows 7

I have an exe program created with MF Cobol which is 32 bits compatabile. How can I run it in
Win 7 - 64 bits

Using a Virtual Machine of the appropriate version of Windows you intend to run it on

You can also try compatibility mode with some older version of Windows (right-click on icon, Properties > Compatibility).
