Yes it will run it, but change some stuff. Go intel, and change the PSU.

What Settings or How many FPS can it go? This PC build just for my cousin so yeah :L idc what he gets cause he's on a budget anyway T-T

He could easily max the game with the 760 lol...

Save some money and get a R7 260x for $100 after rebate, he should still be able to max the game.

Also switch the CPU to a Pentium G3258 and get a matching motherboard. Get a H97 or Z97 motherboard if he plans on upgrading to Broadwell. If he also plan's to do any future upgrades I'd get a good 550w+ PSU.

His budget is $600 and yes I already bought the 760 :L

I would get the pentium chip from M0j0jojo's build and the corresponding motherboard instead. You also need at least a 500 watt power supply for the gpu.
