What's your budget? Are you willing to stretch it?

Sorry for not giving the full info.
I am planing to upgrade from my existing pc and i intend to keep the mobo, the 4gigs of ram,the optical drive and the HDD.
My budget is 35k and these are the parts which i wish to buy. At first,i had a little bit of confusion in choosing the gtx660 or the 750ti. I was leaning towards the 750Ti bcoz. of it's lower power consumption but then i had my eyes set on the more powerful gtx660.
Eduello, imy brother was also recommending me the Seasonic 520W but it's kinda out of my budget. He asked me to get the CX500W as i donot plan to O.C at all and i can't since i don't have an O.C ing board. So,would a CX500W be fine?and what about the gtx660?
I have alos been recommended that the R9 270 is 600rs. cheaper is better in performance than the 660 but i am a nvidia fanboy and want to use the physx stuff. So,is that really worth it?

The CX500 should be fine, although if having PhysX is not mandatory, I'd get the R9 270 and use the saved money towards a better PSU.

The problem is that the the CX500 is rs.3500 and the Seasonic is rs.4900 which i cannot afford,it's out of my budget. So,would a CX500W be fine along with a 660? Is the sapphire R9 270 dual-X OC any good?

The CX500 should be fine, but I personally would save more money and get the Seasonic.

Yes, that R9 270 is good.

Ok,here's my final question. I have to keep my budget within 35k. So, would it be good if i get a cheaper cabinet and omit the cpu cooler for now and would i be fine without the TX3 EVO? (i would not be O.C ing) would a corsair 200/300R be fine?
Here's a rig:

There's one imp. thing i forgot to mention that i don't think that seasonic's RMA service in good in our country, is it? I couldn't find a single seasonic RMA centre in my city.

A corsair 200/300R would be fine, but I'd recommend keeping the TX3 as the stock cooler is really noisy.
I think you can directly contact the retailer for RMA.
