So I was wondering if this was any good. What are your opinioins?

Nope, I have a slight feeling that mobo will not be able to power the 220W CPU, as it needs a 990 series motherboard. Also it needs water cooling. And I think the FX-9xxx series is way too overpriced for a simple factory overclock, and if I were to spend $200+ on a CPU I'd go Intel...
