Cooler is Coolermaster V6GT.
Computer case is locked in a corner and there are furniture and desk surrounding him.

try 4.3ghz

Higher voltage will rapidly increase temperatures. 1.28 or perhaps 1.3 is as high as I would want to go for 24/7 operation.
Not all chips will do 4.4 at 1.28. It is highly variable.
I suggest testing with occt. By default, it will stop the test at 85c.

If 4.4 is not stable, try 4.3 or lower.

Still, I think there is something amiss with your cooler if your idle temps are so high.

I tried a test with OCCT and all was good.
