I just replaced my 80gb HDD with a 128gb SSD on a laptop running windows xp.

When I cloned the drive, it left some unallocated space at the end of the drive.

I want to take the unallocated space and add it to Drive C: How do I go about doing that? and with what tools?

Drive D: is the HP system recovery that I want to keep.

Solution
You cant without 3rd party tools since D: is in between C: and the unallocated space. Unallocated space need to be to the immediate right of the partition you wish to extend.

be sure you create a backup and have made your recovery media before you begin messing with your partitions.

Since you just cloned, you might be able to use a different cloning too that allows you to expand C: while you clone again.
