Reinstalling from bios

I need to reinstall windows 8 from bios to fix something.
windows 8 is preinstalled, thing is i have bought microsoft 360 or some shit like that, is that shit gonna follow me when i reinstall or do i need to do a thing?

i can't press any settings (including "reinstall windows 8") so i have to do it from bios, i just want to save the word license thingy, i want to do a clean install but i need to know if word gets carried over.
