Hi everyone!
I have a a very annoying problem. Whenever I start a game my screen flashes purple and it says jittering noises even when my speakers aren't turned on. It also happens right after Windows loads the logon screen. It only happens on my 32" TV but not on my secondary even if I use it as primary. My TV uses HDMI and my secondary uses VGA. I have just upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1, and after that it began to happen. It has never happened before, I'm considering going back to Windows 7 as Windows 8 was still kinda buggy sometimes. I have pictures of it, I just don't know how to post them.

EDIT: It doesn't seem to do it if I start a game windowed, and it just stopped doing it when I start my computer.
