Quick question about PSU

Hi.
I am buying a new PSU.
I have two options:
Fractal Design Tesla R2 1000w and Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 1000w
Which one should i choose ?
They are both second hand and are around few months old.

Well, i am planing an upgrade soon.
Now i am with Pentium G3258 on Asrock Z87 Killer. 8gb 1600mhz CL9 Geil Evo Veloce clocked to 2400mhz at around CL12.
The upgrade will be an i7 4970K and 2x GTX560 in SLI
Later i can try something.
I just want to be prepared.
So, which one is the little better one ?
The CM as i recall has OTP protection. The FD has not.

Nope. They are both dirt cheap. They were used in a bitcoin miner and now the guy thinks how to get rid of them.
I am in Bulgaria. Bad, bad place...
So, the PSUs are much cheaper than even a 650w PSU.
