I had to downgrade the GPU to an R9 280,but you can always OC it to get it to the R9 280X clock speed.
This build can last for 2 years max and then you will need to upgrade your parts.
All the best,mate.

Check this out: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zP4nXLIt's a locked CPU,so he can't OC it,and he said he wants to.
Also, even if he had an unlocked CPU,the mobo isn't really good for overclocking.
Why a $150 PSU? A Seasonic S12II 620W is $70 and it is plenty for his build.
Where the SSD go?

is r9 280 better then gtx 770?and ill also can add some money to get i7 4790k is it worth upgrading?or add that money to gpu?and ill use photoshop tooBetter get a 4690K and a better GPU than i7 4790K and a weaker GPU.
R9 280 and GTX 770 are really close, but if you OC the R9 280,the 280 might prove to be better in some cases.
I would expand my $900 budget to $1000 budget and get an i5 4690K and R9 290 or GTX 780.
That would be the best possible choice.
Put that in my build(http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3hHBFT) and you will have a great build.
