I recently did a fresh install of Windows (Completely formatting my harddrive and reinstalling). After having issues with my graphics card (Radeon 7700 Series Ghost Edition.) No matter what, I get no signal if my graphics card is plugged in. I can't boot into safe mode, anything. if I take my graphics card out then my computer works perfectly fine. Is my graphics card dead? Please help.
