Those are actually different sizes but close enough I guess. Lower response time may not make a difference especially since they are not regulated so can't really be trusted. Usually they list best possible and not normal or average times. None have any ghosting issues so it's not an issue. I couldn't find a review of the aoc i2473pwm but I did find i2473pwy which has poor input lag. I'd go with the dell since I would prefer the better color accuracy.
They all have the same size and resolution, so the information you need is refresh rate and response time.
For instance, we know the AOC is 60Hz, which is 60 Frames per second refresh rate. I'd see which monitor has the highest Hz measurement and highest response time. Response time is measured in milliseconds and lower is better (5ms worse than 2ms).
Edit: after reading this I realize it's a bit confusing, high vs low.
In terms of refresh rate, higher is better.
In terms of response time, lower is better.
As long as you like the features, that's the one! (though it should be noted that the difference between 1ms and 5ms is not very much, you wouldn't notice the difference)
