Blue Screen Of Death Problems.

I restarted my PC because the keyboard wasn't working, once it restarted the screen went blank then i got the blue screen..

Here's the details..

Bug Check 0xFE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
basically your USB device failed to respond.

update your usb drivers from your CPU vendor, intel CPU use https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775

if you have a secondary USB 3.0 chip you might have to get the driver from your motherboard vendor site.

- if that fails, you might have to update your BIOS from the motherboard vendor site.

there are also issues where the port can be shorted out usb connector comes in contact with a misaligned case.
so try another port or one directly connected to back of the computer.
