League of legends and smite streaming

Hey guys, latelly ive been trying to make the right settings for OBS. My cpu is fast enough to stream both games at 1080P60Fps without getting fps drops or nothing similar. The problem is my bitrate. SPeedtest says that i have 18ms ping, 16.54mbps download, and 8.4mbps upload, which should be very good! Still, if i use 3000bit rate or more, sometimes my ping will go from 65 to 80! Is this normal with my upload speed?
I live in portugal and in OBS in using Paris,FR server, do you think i should use another?

15 Ping increase for streaming video? I wouldnt question it. I can hardly hold 70 ping in game, play at 120 if I ever have something internet consuming on my second monitor.

Thats completly normal. Im also streaming LoL, without streaming I have 35-40ms, with OBS running i have 65-75ms.

Yes but the 65-75 ping you have is small, sometimes i have some spikes over 80 and it bothers a little, but thanks ill check whats my best bitrate

Also guys, im using 1080p60fps x264 cpu preset at veryfast, should i use 1080p30fps and use x264 cpu preset at medium or fast to get better image quality? thanks

Yeah try streaming at 30Frames that should help and it will be still enjoyable (provided you are not Bronze V hehe).

but im going 1080P 60fps x264 preset veryfast, the quality isnt that bad and its more fluid
