So ive been wanting to upgrade my build but start from ground up.

Yes i do know that i dont have case because i want to make a custom table
(i would like to get peoples measurements deom the 770 and PSU if people have them so i know hopw much space i have to make)
Now back to the build what do you guys think on it? or is it unblanced, maybe in the future i might OC but not alot
