My pci express wifi card wont even show up in device manager? I tried downloading the drivers for it via the website and the CD provided but it was useless since it wouldn't let me install them unless the card was detected. I have two PCIe slots and neither of them will read the card, i tried my card on my neighbors pc and it wouldn't show up either. so i tried his wifi card on my motherboard and it wouldn't show up.. my wifi card wont show up on either of our pc's and the one he uses wont work on mine? I'm honestly baffled by this, i don't know whats wrong..it could be a mobo problem but i doubt it is since my pcie wont show up on his mobo either. I'm in the device manager and all i see is "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" under Network Adapters but below that, there is "Other devices" with the subtab "Network controller" which has a yellow exclamation on it. This was showing up aswell on my neighbors mobo once my pci was plugged in. but once he plugged his in that would go away and everything would work fine.
These are the Hardware ID's of the "Network controller" if they help.

Edit: I have a TP-LINK wifi card model # TL-WDN4800
Mobo: ECS A75F2-A2
