Hey there, its my first post on Tom's Hardware so i hope i didnt post in the wrong section!
Lets get to the problem. Alright so 3 days ago i decided to clean my CPU Fan because it was too noisy and it had alot of dust so i turned off the pc, took off all the cables and turned off the PSU. Took of the CPU Fan off the heatsink, what i always do is i take it apart and clean it with a chemical called "Bensen" in sweden. After that i spread food oil in the fan (I done this for the last 3 years on all my high-end PC and even laptop and it works like a charm and never did any harm to anything.) So it got super clean like a brand new fan, i took off the heatsink aswell and put some cooling-paste and put it back on nice and gently, on with the fan aswell on the heatsink. Then when i put all the cables in, powered on the PSU and then pressed with power button the computer STARTED but it did not show anything on the monitor and i opend the side of the case to look if and cables were out or loose but they were all in 100%. Also i could not turn off the computer by the power button i had to press the button behind the PSU (0 / 1 Button) So i got afraid something got broken. I pressed the button again behind the PSU and just leave it like that without powering on the PC, i went for a smoke and a shower and i thought maybe it would start again so i pressed the Power button and it was the same. So i wrote a thread like this on a Swedish PC Forum and they told me alot of stuff but it did not work, clear cmos, take out the battery, i even had a new battery in the motherboard box so i put that one in but the problem still accours. I took out all the parts cleaned them and put them back in, same issue. I took out all the parts and placed them on wood incase the chassi has a issue (Happend to me some years ago) But the problem was still there. I tried everything they said and i did some other stuff aswell such as test only 1 ram in each slot, 1 graphic card, another graphic card, just 1 graphic card in the 2nd slot. no harddisk just 1 ram, 1 graphiccard, psu, motherboard. Same problem. So im really out of ideas and i found this forum and decided to write my problem here.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom ii x4 955 Black Edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P
Ram: 4GB Corsair Dominator 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair 750W Gold Edition
HDD: WD Black 650GB
GPU: Asus Radeon 4890 HD 1GB

Thank you for reading and thank you alot if you are responding to my thread. I know i wrote alot but i wanted to explain my problem as much as possible incase someone writes something that i already done just to make it easyer for all of us.

Regards, Håkan.

Edit - Recorded it if it helps, you can see on the graphic card that its restarting. (Red light blinking) The video is up and down but you can still see it!

Are you sure the cpu cables are plugged in correctly? For that gpu you will need 2x4 pin or 1 8 pin. Also, do you have onboard graphics on your motherboard? Because you should try that to make sure it isn't the gpu. Also, if you have another gpu available you should try that to see if it works, or try your current gpu in another computer to see if it works.
