Hi, i got this procesor on turbo mode at 4,4. My motherboard is asus hero vii(7). When i use intel burn test it goes up to 100C but at the end it says its stable. When i run OCCT or Prime 95. It goest to min 70, max 80 and an average 76. It this normal? Please help me. Does the intel burn test perform like this? And during the test....some cores hit 100c but i didnt recieve any warning message. Please help me. I use and H80i with high performance fans.

considering that you are on watercooling i guess the temps are way higher than intended. Even on air the temps are terible ^^. Check if you mounted your cooler corectly.

Hello,

Check the radiator temperature; if it's cold or slightly warm, definitely the CPU head is not mounted properly, the pump is not connected or it is not working.

H80i fans runs....that would be the easy. Pump runs ar 2226, but the h80i temperature is 36.7. I just mounted it today. I will try to remount it but interesting is that h8i temp are 37 celsius.

The OP discovered an error when mounting the cooler onto the CPU (the standoffs and the backplate).

That was the problem. It dropped my temp by 10c. My idle temp are 40c and when i run OCCT i get min 60 and max 72. Still havent change the thermal compound. Will make an update with temp with another thermal compound.
Thank you verry much.
