I have a 1920x 1080 monitor and all very small text kind of bleeds into the background, If there is any fine detail it isn't clear and it messes up the colours a lot. It is extremely annoying and i would like to get it fixed. an example of this is when i open a new tab, on that tab it will say "new tab" but all the text will have like a white haze around it and it makes the text smaller and it is hard to read. Any help would be great, thanks.

In Windows search "resolution" in the Control Panel and then you should be able to see and adjust it also.
