I would replace the R9 290 for a GTX 770 and use a different brand. I tend to steer away from Powercolour and go for a more reliable brand such as Asus, Gigabyte or MSI. If you can get a bit more money, I would downgrade the 2TB to 1TB hard drive and purchase an 120gb SSD. SSD for the operating system and a few programs and use the 1TB for games and other applications. I would recommend the Corsair Force, Kingston 3k or Samsung Evo.

Im gonna be recording 2 youtube videos a day that is why I have a 2TB, will look at other brands of r9 290's.

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.
I don't.
I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice

I think overall it's an excellent build. Do you plan on overclocking? If you do for the Haswell series I don't really recommend the Hyper 212 Evo, I'd go for the Noctua NH-C14 or the Xigmatek Dark Knight SD1283 for less money, as the Haswells (and I have that exact CPU) run hot. If you won't overclock then stick with the cooler you have or just don't get one at all, it's fine.

As for the ram, you don't need 1866 and it won't actually help gaming performance anyway. You can save some money by getting 1600MHz ram. As for your HDD, Seagate just does not make reliable HDD's as you'll see from this link: http://lifehacker.com/the-most-and-least-reliable-hard-drive-brands-1505797966 I'd go with the WD Caviar series or Hitachi's Deskstar series. 1 tb is the current sweet spot for value. If you will not be getting a 250-256gb SSD, then the Caviar Black is a good performance HDD.

I'd recommend a PSU that is known for reliability under gaming and OC'ing pressure, and am not familiar with the B2 series. Here are my tweaks:
