As my build mainly for gaming, BF4 etc would anyone know if I should enable this power saving feature? I like the idea of saving energy when possible but worry if tere would be any power lag (for example) when playing intense games with high/ultra settings?

It makes sense to me to enable physical TPU switch. The TPU switch has 3 settings. Default = disabled. TPU_I = there is a cpu ratio boost! TPU_II setting = system auto adjusts the base clock rate and CPU ratio for enhanced perormance.

As I am only a beginner when it comes o building I am not 100% sure what the real world impact will be.

Pretty please can one of you knowledgeable wizards help me out please!

Many thanks indeed in advance!
