Ram: corsair vengeance 2*4gb
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1tb
Ssd: Samsung evo 250 GB
GPU:MSI r9 290x
Motherboard: MSI z97 pc mate
CPU cooler: noctua d15
Case fans: x2 corsair 120mm led fans

Yes, even 650W would be enough if it's a high quality unit. What specific PSU were you thinking about?

Oh I already have it.. It is the corsair cx750m.. Around hmine is only tier 3.. What does that mean?

Well that power supply is not the greatest one, so I'd avoid overclocking so that you won't stress the capacitors too much.
I'd say it'll use around 500W; 250-300W for the GPU, 80-90W for the CPU, and a bit over 100W for the rest of the parts.
