Found a good card that will go with my pc but the Min Reqs are 300W. My PSU is only 250W. I can provide more computer information if needed.

I wouldn't. Its recommended to have atleast 20a on the +12v rail, your psu has 16a.

Nope.

Requirements: Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply.(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 20 Amps.)

taken directly from Amazon, who probably took it from Nvidia's site.

These guys are looking at numbers. I can tell you my first hand experience. I have a EVGA low profile gt 430 (very simular to the gt730 you posted a link to) that I put in my Compaq desktop machine which also had a tiny 250 watt psu and it was running for over a year until I replaced it with a hd 7770 ( a much beefier card). This is the machine I am typing from right now. About a month ago, I put the gt 430 into an inspiron 530 slimline which is very similar to your 560s. It also, like your machine, has a 250 watt psu. It has purred along for a month playing games and watching hd video. One more thing, the gt430 has been a fantastic card that has had years of heavy use and still kicks butt to this day. There is no reason the gt730 should be any different. I highly recommend that card. Good luck with your decision and let us know what you decide to do.
