Im getting ready to order these parts. Ive looked them over hundres of times and im pretty sure everything is compatible. Wouldnt mind some expert advice. Is there any change I can make to save money and is the psu the right type. Please let me know ASAP . Thank you guys...

Compatible yes, but there are issues. The PSU is not very good as it uses cheap caps that are known to have longevity issues. The 750w EVGA B2 is the same price and much better quality. The motherboard requires a bios update to work with that cpu, you'd be better off getting a Z97 board. You can also get some faster Gskill ram for a couple bucks less. You can get a 280x cheaper than a 770 and the performance is similar between them.
