OK, so I have a R9 270 from saphire. I tried to OC and failed, I'm assuming. Nothing happened! Followed the tutorials read the articles downloaded the software. Same Framerate. I have a FX 8300 and my monitor size is 1440x900. I'm not being sarcastic, but am I supposed to see a difference?
