Hello, :)

I have a little problem. I am going to describe the situation i am in right now.

I have no physical cd of windows 8.1 but, only the product key.
I have a all new PC without an OS.
I do have a old PC running windows 7

How do install windows 8.1 on my new PC?

if the product key is from a dell or hp it linked to that pc motherboard and wont work if your trying to install it on new hardware. same goes for older pc with windows 7 if the windows 7 oem number from dell or hp. you need to buy a new copy of the os or contact microsoft if you had the disk and lost it for a small fee they will send you a new disk or a link to download windows.

From a website called g2a, i have bought from them in the past and they have been really reliable so far.
