The first build is better because of the dedicated GPU. Instead of buying 1 4GB stick of RAM you should buy 2 2GB sticks, unless you plan on an upgrade soon, because the motherboard has 2 RAM slots. 1600Mhz RAM would be better than 1333Mhz and the prices are basically the same. And nice motherboard! I have the same exact one.
