Hey, before you ask, yes, I've already researched and couldn't find a solution.
So firstly, here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA Nvidia GTX Geforce 670
Case: BitFenix Prodigy (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case
Case Fan: BitFenix Spectre 97.8 CFM 230mm Fan
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
MY CPU isn't bottlnecking jack shit. And this started happening after I came back from camp this summer.
I have MSI Afterbunner if needed, and I've already opened up, and dusted my computer + replaced my CPU and GPU.
Anything else I can do to find the problem?
LOW FPS = 10-35 (Use to be 80+ earlier on in the year)
Maybe this is the problem? (Chrome is the only thing open)
