I really wanna devote more to gaming and i need to upgrade my computer. So would this build be enough for high end games like crysis 3, bf4, metro LL, and would it play at ultra?

Things that are not in the list are the ones that i dont need (already have) so just focus on those.
Feel free to edit the list, but don't go over, i would say, 700$.

The 4-core i5 will last you much more than the i3 in terms of modern games.

sorry man but its not a high end pc i will say its a low range budget pc for gaming .
if you had at least gtx 770 and a i5 processor then i would say you have a very good gaming pc but gtx 750 ti is a good GPU but you can only play games at medium graphic settings with that card so if you had a GPU for ultra gaming with great FPS then you would have a great pc.

Sorry guys, but your answers are bugging me. All of you say that i wont be able to play on medium but, lets take crysis 3 for example. I can play it at medium at 60-100fps, (expect that level with a lot of grass) and i have msi 5850 tf2, with a stoneage dual core e5300 processor and with 2 gigs of DDR2 ram!
I forgot to mention, i dont play at 1080p, i play at 1366x768 resolution(1 monitor), and i would prefer to stick to nvidia gpu's since amd cards have given me nothing but trouble..

yes at 768 p you can easily achieve 60 fps on most of the games with medium to even high settings.
