I have the GX Gaming speakers it has a FL and FR, RL and RR, Center and Subwoofer. I have a MSI Gaming 5 Motherboard with a 1000W EVGA PSU. When i go to setup my speakers I select the 5.1 Ch using the Rear I hit test all speakers are working. I go to play music and now the subwoofer isnt working.

So I look at the settings and the only thing that makes my Speakers work is Swap Center/Subwoofer output. I got to play music again and it's ok but the voice is slightly lower.

After that, after i thought i solved the problem I go play a game (GTA4) the cut scene voices are all playing through the subwoofer.

I'm getting extremely frustrated. I tried installing the Realtek Manager. But it screwed up with the sound blaster cinema 2. So i'm using MSI version of Realtek HD Audio Manager

Sounds like you've got the center and subwoofer in each others sockets. Swap them.
