Updated with Link. Yes I thought of going with HDD instead of the SATA SSD and can be done too. My ultimate plan is to keep OS on M.2 PCI-E SSD which I heard gives better performance than SSD and keep all games installations on SSD and other stuffs on HDD.

Well...given budget X, sometimes something has to give.
Small PCI-E SSD + regular SATA SSD + regular HDD + your question of "Need help reducing the cost..."

Changed your graphics card out because honestly that's a bit overkill. You can have the same performance for less; I added an extra 280x, if you wanted god mode going. But quite honestly just one will do the trick.

Changed the case for something cheaper, still a full tower and it's beautiful and quite good for the price. have one myself.

Changed out the monitors for something much cheaper and you will definitely get the same kind of quality.

Liquid cooling is not much better than an aftermarket aircooler, only real difference is liquid cooling is a bit less bulky but you're going with a full tower anyway so i added the hyper 212 plus. If you want liquid cooling to actually make a difference you need a full liquid cooling system which can get as high as grand.

Swapped out for a cheaper HDD, this HDD is great and it's 1tb. Plus it's hella cheaper. Still have a SSD in their but it's cheaper and not a PCI-E SSD...

Added new ram. Same i use and it's pretty much the same kind of quality that you already had but much cheaper.

All in all you're looking at a great build for much cheaper, doesn't sacrifice performance at all you just have to add the fans yourself.

I was hoping to keep the 290X GPU so that maybe a year later I can put another 290X then and keep my system up to date for another 2-3 years down the line and moreover isnt single GPU better than dual. Also, its not reducing the cost for GPU (2 X $290 as compared to $500)

"Changed your graphics card out because honestly that's a bit overkill." A single r9-290x is no where near to being overkill for a resolution of 5760x1080. a single 1080p monitor maybe but not 3.

If you plan on overclocking 850w may not be enough when you add the 2nd 290x.

Yes you're correct but with the other parts i modified you're still looking at quite a price drop and the 280x is just as good as a 290x for current standard. Far as single GPU VS dual, in terms of being better that's true to an extent but with the graphics card you had in your build having 2 280x will be cheaper for you and will be able to run next gen games just fine since you will want a minimum of 5gigs.

I wouldn't point you in the wrong direction my friend. GLHF and game on.

Almost finalized after considering your suggestions.
*Increased PSU to accomodate another GPU later on.
*Chose single stick RAM as I plan to increase another stick within 3 months
*Replaced with Air Cooler, as suggested
*Opted for cheaper case
*Went for cheapest possible storage combination
