So I've had this issue for a while I suspect a piece of failing hardware either my mobo or psu.
I'm running win 7
Cpu : and fx6100 3.3ghz
Memory: 2x 4gb ddr3 g.skill
GPU: ge-force gtx 760
PSU: cooler master 550W
HD : segate barracuda 500gb
Mobo: gigabyte 970a-D3

So lately my computer after sitting overnight or even a few hours would randomly freeze usually sometime after logging in. Then I would restart and it would freeze earlier say during Windows startup then restart and it'd be fine for hours afterwards. Then recently it would be earlier during bios and now if I restart it would be powered up but no input into the monitor. So now if I just restart it, I get nothing.

Fans are going CPU, GPU and case fans but nothing for input into the monitor.

So things I've already checked.
I've done a mem test came back clean after 3 cycles.

Did a HD test also came back clean

Also did an anti-virus, spyware, malware check came back with the expected cookies, trackers adware junk. So I removed them.

Also of note when the problem came about I replaced the graphics card and memory but I've already tried switching them back with no luck. And after it did I would get a message on the desktop "driver can't release to failure" I was assuming it was the gigabyte tool because it was already having problems. But I'd click ok and everything would work as normal.

So I'm waiting for my post tester to check the mobo but what do you guys think?

Edit: just checked my running temps and...
CPU: average @ 39°C
GPU: average @ 31°C

So I've got an update, I gave the machine some time to sit powered down and I started it back up and not into safe mode. Works fine in safe mode. Rebooting however...Is now working fine.
