So I recently figured out that my Corsair CX 750 has crapped out on me. Turns out it was cheaply made, and I should've done more research before purchasing it. So I tend to do so. I've been searching for a new psu that would have my system running stable with no shutdowns like my other one has been giving me. My Specs are:

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
CPU: Fx 8320
Cpu heatsink: Noctua NH-D14
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3
GPU: Gigabyte R9 290 core clock 947 Mhz
Keyboard/Mouse: CM Storm Devastator
SSHD: Seagate Hybrid Drive ST1000DX001 1TB

The range of Powersupplies are broken down into Tiers, check this link http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-...

The same manufacturers have different models in different tiers

So i reviewed the Tier listing, thank you by the way very helpful should have looked for something like this in the first place, and I'm trying to decied over these ones:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
this one is classified as Tier 2 Class A, and the reason I put this on here is because of the promo code. So from $100.99 to $89.99.
or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
This is a Tier 1, and is a bit more expenive that the other one. Total would be 101.66. So i ask you know, what would you recommend. The tier 1 or Tier 2. is it worth the price difference, and would i see a difference in performance.

What tier is that listed as. I saw on a difference post you were on someone thought the same PSU might've been a Tier 3.

Tier 1/2A are both great, after within these, if following the guidance of it, look for your budget requirements

You can then check to see which level of cable management you would prefer too;
non-Modular (possibly messy cabling)
/Semi (tidier cabling)
/Full (tidiest cable management)
-Usually of greater importance for people with a small form factors/tiny case, case window so wanting things tidy, or being really picky about airflow situation too, etc, among other things

Blackbird has posted a Tier 2A, great unit too and would personally prefer it over your Antec choice too

Thank you guys for the feedback. It really helped. I ended up purchasing a Tier 1 Seasonic M12 II 850W power supply. I just hope this will end my random pc shutdowns.
