when i boot up i get an idle flashing underscore cursor. I've looked up problems quite a lot and someone else found that alt + F10 worked, but that doesn't work on my computer.
I have windows 8 and I have this motherboard:

I may have messed with my drivers a little a bit. I don't remember changing anything though.

I checked and rechecked all the chords a few times. My hard drive is seen in bios. My hard drive is set to the first boot device. I went under the "Boot" tab and clicked on "CSM (Compatibility Support Module)" and clicked on the "Boot from Storage Devices" and in the drag down menu I changed the setting from "Legacy OpROM first" to "Both, Legacy OpROM first" and I also tried "Both, UEFI first."
The "Boot Device Control" was already set to "UEFI and Legacy OpROM"
