How to tell if your GPU will bottleneck your CPU?

Hello, I've recently gotten into the world of PC building and I"m still a noob to these sort of things. The two parts that I'm worried about bottlenecking are the Intel Pentium G3258 and the Sapphire Vapor-X R9-270X. WIll they bottleneck each other and if they will, can you recommend me a new GPU/CPU?

So if I would to OC it to about 4.2 GHz it wouldn't bottleneck as much?

No, but make sure it can be overclocked first and that your motherboard supports overclocking.

I looked at my motherboard and it supports overclocking on the Pentium G3258 but the voltage limit is 1.2. The Pentium is also unlocked and overclockable.
