i ordered 2 asus 23 inch monitors like 1 month ago and i dont even have a desktop for them haha. i play on a laptop

Why anyone would use a Z97 board with a locked CPU is beyond my comprehension. Drop the EVO for a cheaper alternative like the Arctic Alpine 11 plus or Hyper TX3, get a cheaper PSU (550-650w is enough as tiny voices already stated), OP would be better off with an R9 280 but if he wants to spend more money for less performance then hey, it's on him.
