Hey guys, below are my specs for my uber PC and I was wanting to use it as a server for, well, anything that would get me some money each month with little or no investment...however I'd love to host games online for money or "affiliate marketing" such as through Runescape or other stuff like that. Any ideas? (Keep in mind that this is also my PC and I run on Windows 7 Ultimate and use this computer with multi-monitors so I can keep using it as a personal computer and also a server 24/7 if need be).

SPECS:
CPU: Intel i7-5960x @4.2GHz (8 core 16 threads)
MOBO: ASUS Rampage 5 EXTREME
GPU(s): (16GB) 2x Sapphire Radeon R9 295x2
RAM: 64GB DDR4 G-Skill Ripjaws @3000MHz CL15 (8 sticks x 8GB)
HDD: 4x 4TB Seagate Hybrid SATA III 7200RPM 7.8GB NAND FLASH cache and 64MB cache
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit

That's basically it. It's supremely powerful and the aim was to use it to get my pecker hard but also to make a little money. Simple is better for things to make some income with my baddie here, but overall it's my gaming PC. I want my hobby to make me some money instead of draining my wallet. Bragging rights are only cool when it doesn't cost me $8,000!!! After that bragging makes me stupid for the purchase without real-world benefit, and income is benefit! Thanks everyone!

The problem you're going to run into is that unless you have a business class Internet service, a home server for external use isn't going to work. You just don't have the upload bandwidth to do much more than host a file server for maybe a dozen or two clients. Also, as Alpha3031 states, not many people would consider your service over a more proven and recognizable business.

P.S. Good user name!
