Is this a good budget gaming PC build?

Hello, I just got into PC gaming and I wanted to see if this was an alright budget build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D6wzpg. My budget is 500 dollars and this was the best build I could make.

everything is good, except for the psu, you need at least a 500w psu to drive that 270X.

This is what i'd get with that budget, although you lose USB 3.0 on the front of the case. I'd also throw in a good budget cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO.
